A comfortable, well appointed Villa, sleeps 10 with a great deal of indoor and outdoor living space
The house was built in 1975 using top class local materials and is in excellent condition. Completely refurbished it offers luxury and spacious island accommodation.
The lay out faces the sea. In the centre of the Villa is a large living room with open fireplace, a raised dining area and a large kitchen.
Front terrace outdoor dining
Step out onto the front terrace, where a large, roofed area offers ample shade, creating the perfect setting for al-fresco dining. The added charm of a barbecue makes cooking and entertaining a joy. This terrace is beautifully lit from dusk till dawn, offering enchanting views over the bay.
For a different, yet equally spectacular perspective, the side terrace is your spot. Lit nightly, it provides breathtaking, panoramic views over Mainland Greece.
We've ensured the evenings are as magical as the days: LED lamps provide romantic lighting for late-night drinks and dining, while also guaranteeing a safe entrance for those returning after dark.
Back terrace and BBQ
Adjacent to the serenity of the Jacuzzi, you'll find the dedicated BBQ and dining area—the ultimate spot for relaxed evenings at Villa Delphini.
The superb outdoor kitchen features a large barbecue perfect for grilling up local delicacies, fresh seafood, or classic favourites. A spacious dining table is perfectly positioned, allowing you to enjoy your delicious, al-fresco meals with an idyllic view directly overlooking the bubbling Jacuzzi.

While Paxos enjoys sunshine for nearly 98% of the year, should you encounter one of those rare rainy days, you're literally covered. We have ensured that even in the unlikely event of rain, your outdoor dining and relaxation areas remain perfectly usable. This comfortable spot seats up to 10 people, guaranteeing everyone stays dry and cozy while still enjoying the ambiance of the island.
Kitchen
Step into the newly and completely refurbished kitchen, a culinary space designed with the demanding cook in mind. Equipped with a suite of modern amenities, this expansive area makes preparing meals a pleasure.
At the heart of the space is the elegant marble island, perfect for food preparation or casual dining. You'll find top-of-the-line appliances, including induction cooking for precise control, and a sleek oven and microwave column, all ideal for those memorable home dinners at Villa Delphini.
The original space has also been thoughtfully maintained: a separate pantry area with a double sink, dishwasher, and washing machine keeps the working clutter out of sight.
The Bar Area:
For effortless entertaining, the newly added bar features a cold storage fridge for drinks, a separate red wine cupboard, and a dedicated ice-making machine. A small bar area with seating opens directly onto the main living space, ensuring refreshments are always at hand.

Living Room
The expansive sitting room and adjoining offset dining area offer a welcoming retreat, perfect for escaping the midday sun or cozying up on those rare rainy days. This generous living space ensures everyone has room to relax in comfort.
Sink into the large, comfortable armchairs and sofas for an evening of relaxation. Excellent LED lighting ensures great visibility and a warm ambiance for reading, conversation, or enjoying the entertainment provided—including TV and music.
For guests who need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace has been thoughtfully provided. It features a desk and printer, making remote work effortless. You’ll also find a curated selection of local suggestions and menus here to help you plan your perfect Greek evenings.
Front Terrace
The Villa comes fully furnished with all linen, towels and beach towels. Front terrace, with magnificent sea views has 10 sunbeds with towelling covers and umbrellas. There is also direct access to the beach and a shower
Jacuzzi
Nestled within the lush greenery of Villa Delphini's private garden, you'll discover the ultimate relaxation spot: your exclusive Jacuzzi.

Side Terrace aka Nikki beach
Ideal for an aperitivo, to read a book, or just to differentiate the space. Comfortable arm chairs and an overhead covering for shade with magnificent views towards Corfu.
Garage
The Villa has a garage behind the house that is accessed by the back road from Fontana. It is not paved and should be driven with care. However it is very convenient for a big shop though many supermarkets will deliver.
Parking can also be found behind the beach area. Access to the Villa is then across the beach and up a few shallow stairs.
